Hungarian Pork Stew
After over catering (as always) for a celebratory Sunday lunch I was left with lots of vegetables from a ratatouille and a huge hunk of cold roast pork.
I know leftovers sink many hearts. Food is carefully wrapped up just to the left in the fridge long enough to be a bit iffy and then it’s binned.
